New Little Big Trucks Ad
Part art part science
This is a good reason we don't let artists work in the warehouse... (Justin Hach in action, carrying just a little too much).

Custom 1:87 HO scale Wrecker

We love seeing custom work. Someone brought this modified 1:87 HO Scale Ton Truck to our attention which is selling on e-bay here. An interesting adaptation of a standard Peterbilt... Very cool! Tonkin Replicas does not offer a wrecker, solosdad (or whoever did the custom work) though looks like they did a nice job putting the two together to come up with a new truck...
New ad

Of course some people might prefer the term "non-sleeper." Those that follow Tonkin Replicas closely are not likely to be surprised by this information, however here is the print ad...

Schneider Ride of Pride Truck
Not that new, but here are some photos of the Schneider Ride of Pride truck I took with the camera. Great looking truck, and of course the scale model version is available for purchase directly from Schneider National here.

Web banners (never used)
Reaching way back into early 2004, I found around 20 or 30 web banners that were never used. Some for new concepts never launched, some for product ideas that went a different direction, and some that were just not very good.

Freightliner FL-70
Not new production- this Contra Costa Food bank Freightliner FL-70 was done a long time ago. But a good representation of one of the many Class 6/7 trucks Tonkin Replicas makes. In addition to the FL-70, Tonkin Replicas makes the Peterbilt Model 330, Kenworth T300, International 4300, Sterling Acterra, Freightliner M2, and even the Sterling 360. Multiple variations of several of those (notably the M2 which has a Precision Series version available as a double axle, single axle, expedite, etc and also as a Signature Series truck) makes Tonkin Replicas the clear leader the Class 6/7 fleet replication...Labels: FL-70, Freightliner
