Most die-cast truck manufacturers do not control their production and supply chain as tightly as Tonkin Replicas does not have processes in place to address these emerging issues. Another example of the world’s most innovative die-cast truck company taking the industry lead in core processes.  

Small details started in 2009 with the elimination of Styrofoam in Tonkin Replicas core packaging. Initially recycling until those supplies were exhausted, switching to a single “doughnut box” which did not require any Styrofoam at all. Instead, to product the product, each product was covered in a cardboard shipping sleeve.

This is just one example of the small but important steps Tonkin Replicas takes to improve its products while listening to its customer base.
