Diecastcollecting.com ("DCC") provides a service including but not limited to classified ads, articles related to the die-cast vehicle industry, and other information related to the scale model vehicle collectible marketplace.  By accessing the site, you, as a user of the site, are agreeing to follow and obey the terms of use outlined below.

Although Diecastcollecting.com makes efforts to moderate content, DCC does not control the content creation of classified ads and is in no way responsible for any claims, representations, or warranties made by in the ads.  DCC has the right, but not the obligation, to regulate content at its sole discretion.DCC Marketplace is intended as a forum for individual users to offer their die-cast vehicles for purchase or sale to other individuals.  No other content type should be posted.  Posting of unauthorized content will be removed. It is prohibited to post content to this forum using automated means and all users must post content personally and manually using all steps of the posting process.  Failure to do so may lead to the removal of your post and the termination of your account.YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, AND RELIANCE ON THE DCC MARKETPLACE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.  The content, programs, and services offered are without warranty of any kind.
